All data stored on eustore.dev resides exclusively in the European Union. Our infrastructure is located in Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg) and Finland (Helsinki). Data never leaves the EU.

✓ EU-Based Operator

eustore.dev is operated by AI BOLLINGMO, registered in Norway (EEA). Unlike US-based cloud providers, we are not subject to the US CLOUD Act, FISA 702, or other extraterritorial data access laws.

✓ Infrastructure Partner

Our infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, a German company headquartered in Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner operates its own data centers and is fully GDPR-compliant.

Technical Measures

Encryption in transit: All API communication over TLS 1.2+
Access control: Per-customer isolated credentials
Audit logging: Every API action is logged with timestamp, customer ID, and action type
Data deletion: Buckets can be deleted via API. Data is purged within 30 days of deletion
No third-country transfers: Data is not replicated to any location outside the EU/EEA

Data Processing

eustore.dev acts as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. When you store data with us:

You remain the data controller
We process data only as instructed (storage and retrieval)
We do not access, analyze, or share your stored data
We maintain records of processing activities

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can:

Export all your data at any time via S3 API
Delete all your data via API
Request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
